Join the Miss Juneteenth Oregon program and Oregon Public House for a day of empowerment, including workshops designed to inspire, educate, and uplift black and brown girls ages 9 – 19. Our hope is that every girl in attendance leaves feeling empowered to challenge stereotypes and own their own narratives at school, work, and in the community.
The day will include a series of workshops focused on:
⁃ Building Resilience
⁃ Community Service
⁃ Goal Setting
⁃ Financial Literacy
If transportation is a barrier, please complete the transportation assistance form. A Juneteenth Oregon volunteer will connect with you to discuss supporting the attendance of your youth.
